Hydrated Skin Labhydration basics

What is the difference between dry and dehydrated skin?

Dry skin generally lacks oil, while dehydration describes low water content. Both can feel tight, and a gentle moisturizer can help reduce water loss.

Change one thing at a time

Keep the rest of the routine stable, follow the current label, and note timing and symptoms so benefit or irritation is easier to identify.

Stop signs

Stop for persistent burning, swelling, blistering, hives, or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent help for breathing trouble or severe swelling.
